I strongly oppose agro-chemical industry intent to get EU permission to grow pesticide-producing maize plants and a GM potato that contains an antibiotic resistant gene.
In India, Govt. has given the permission of growing GM Cotton and this has badly affected the ecological balance and the soil balance of Punjab province.
